Sectoral agreement for grocery delivery workers (Assogrocery - CGIL, CISL, UIL)

Summary

The agreement applies to self-employed grocery delivery workers of Assogrocery-affiliated platforms, ensuring transparency in algorithmic management and protections against unjust termination. It recognises freedom of association, provides hourly pay, bonuses and availability allowance to compensate shoppers for time slots in which they have indicated availability and during which they have neither carried out any task nor refused any task proposal, and grants sickness and maternity allowances. Platforms must offer accident insurance and comply with data-protection rules, while working time remains fully flexible.
