Company agreement on minimum net pay per ride
Summary
This multiparty agreement signed in January 2023 and updated on April 2023, between French VTC platforms and driver representative organisations sets a minimum net pay of €7.65 per ride, regardless of distance or duration. The agreement maintains the self-employed status of the drivers and was facilitated by the French Employment Platforms Regulatory Authority (ARPE).
