Nemlig company agreement
Summary
This collective agreement was concluded in March 2023 between 3F Transport and the Danish e-commerce platform Nemlig.com. It covers delivery drivers directly employed by the company. The agreement resulted from a two-year union campaign and aligns employment terms with those of other unionised delivery workers in Denmark. It includes minimum hourly wage, pension contributions, paid holidays, sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, and overtime compensation. Subcontracted drivers are entitled to the same pay rates.
