Collective bargaining agreement
Hilfr company agreement
Summary
This collective agreement, initially signed in August 2018 was renewed for 2024-25 between Danish cleaning platform Hilfr and trade union 3F, covers platform workers performing cleaning services in private households. Originally applicable to employees only, the agreement introduced a mechanism granting employee status ("Super-Hilfr") to freelancers who work over 100 hours via the platform, unless they opt out. The agreement includes provisions on minimum wages, paid holidays, sick leave, and occupational safety provisions. Although the original agreement expired in 2019, its conditions continued to apply as individual terms. A renewed version was agreed for 2024-2025, establishing full employee status for all workers, clauses on algorithmic management, and access to a digital union platform.
