Summary

This national-level collective agreement first signed in September 2019 was renegotiated in 2021, 2022, and 2023, applies to all employees (bicycle couriers) in Austria delivering goods using bicycles. It defines working time regulations, wage standards, overtime and night work compensation, equipment provision, dispute resolution mechanisms, and social protections including paid holidays and sick leave.
