National Protocol on Anti-Exploitation in Food Delivery (Assodelivery–CGIL–CISL–UIL)
Summary
Signed in March 2021 by Assodelivery and the Italian trade union confederations Italian General Confederation of Labour (CGIL), Italian Confederation of Workers' Trade Unions (CISL), and Italian Labour Union (UIL), this protocol addresses irregular labour practices in the food delivery sector. It requires the adoption of organisational models compliant with Legislative Decree 231/2001, prohibits outsourcing to third-party operators until the establishment of an official registry, and creates a national oversight mechanism to monitor and report non-compliance.
