Frankfurt Declaration

Summary

Launched in December 2016, the Frankfurt Declaration is a voluntary commitment by multiple trade unions and the Austrian Chamber of Labour. It promotes cooperation among platform operators, workers, clients, and policymakers. The declaration includes commitments on compliance with labour law, clarification of employment status, remuneration, social protection, and the right to organise.
