Pasal 22. 1. Besaran tarif Angkutan Sewa Khusus yang berlaku paling sedikit sebesar tarif batas bawah dan paling banyak sebesar tarif batas atas. 2. Besaran tarif batas bawah dan tarif batas atas Angkutan Sewa Khusus sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) ditetapkan oleh Menteri atau Gubernur sesuai dengan wilayah operasi.

ENGLISH TRANSLATION

Article 22. 1. The fare for Special Hire Transportation shall be no less than the minimum fare and no more than the maximum fare. 2. The minimum and maximum fare for Special Hire Transportation as referred to in paragraph (1) shall be determined by the Minister or Governor in accordance with the area of operation.
Pasal 32 ayat (3). Perlindungan terhadap pengemudi sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) huruf b dilakukan meliputi: b. pendaftaran yang dilakukan secara tatap muka; c. kriteria pengenaan pengnonaktifan (suspend); d. pemberitahuan atau peringatan sebelum dinonaktifkan (suspend); e. klarifikasi; f. hak sanggah beserta pendampingan Komisi Pengawasan Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) kemitraan; g. pendaftaran ulang.
