Just Eat company agreement
Summary
The agreement between Just Eat Spain and the trade unions Comisiones Obreras (CCOO), Unión General de Trabajadores (UGT, General Union of Workers), and Federation of Independent Workers of Commerce (FETICO), originally signed in December 2021 and renewed in January 2025, regulates the employment conditions. It includes provisions on salary review, development plans for delivery personnel (enabling progression to supervisory roles), and the extension of working hours in employment contracts.
