Company agreement on transparency and account deactivation

Summary

This multiparty agreement signed in September 2023, establishes transparency rules and procedures regarding driver account deactivation. It requires platforms to inform drivers of the reasons for deactivation and provide a 48-hour notice period before the action is taken.
